About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Beauty & Skin Specialist to join our team at The Skin Clinic Concord. This role is for someone who is passionate, driven, accountable and genuinely loves what they do someone who gives 100% to every client, every treatment and every interaction.

Key responsibilities
Deliver advanced skin treatments and consultations
Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to client needs
Provide expert homcare guidance and recommendations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through qualified and warm interactions
Maintain the clinic's standard of excellence in every treatment and client experience
Take ownership and accountability for treatment results
Participate in continued education and career development
Work flexibly including late nights and Saturdays

About you
Extensive industry experience (6+ years preferred)
Passionate about advanced skin health and achieving real results
Strong understanding of consultation,



treatment planning and homecare
Confident, motivated and thrive as part of a high-performing team
Committed to continued education and personal growth
Warm, qualified and naturally build strong client relationships
Versatile and available for late nights and Saturdays
