Working within our workshop team, you'll help ensure every product leaves the workshop to the highest quality standard while maintaining a robust focus on safety and efficiency.This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced professionals and contribute to a high-performing workshop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, blasting, masking and sandingApply industrial coatings and paint systems to mining equipment and componentsEnsure all work meets quality and customer specificationsConduct inspections and identify defects or areas requiring reworkOperate and maintain painting equipment and toolsFollow workshop procedures, quality standards and safety requirementsWork closely with workshop tradespeople, supervisors and plannersMaintain a clean,
