For Purpose Aged Care is opening a purpose‐built 180‐bed aged care home in November ****.
As the Resident Wellbeing Coordinator during commissioning, you will help set the wellbeing vision, culture and a best‐practice model for the home while developing lifestyle programs tailored to a current community.You will recruit and mentor Wellbeing Assistants, shaping how the home feels from day one and ensuring warmth, dignity, engagement and belonging in every activity.
