We are partnering with a well-established professional services organisation based in Brisbane CBD to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their growing People & Culture team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with previous HR administration or coordination experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills within a supportive and energetic team.About the Role Working closely with the broader People & Culture team, you'll provide hands‐on support across the employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing HR administration and coordination support across the employee lifecycleSupporting onboarding and offboarding processesMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systemsPreparing HR documentation, correspondence and reportsAssisting with recruitment and pre‐employment processesSupporting employee queries and general HR enquiriesAssisting with HR projects and initiativesWorking closely with internal stakeholders and the broader People & Culture teamIdentifying opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of workingAbout You We're looking for someone who is motivated, proactive and genuinely interested in building a career in HR.You'll ideally bring:Previous experience in an HR Administration,
