and team developmentMaintaining outstanding food safety, hygiene, and compliance standardsOverseeing inventory, stock control, ordering, and cost managementEnsuring the venue is clean, organised, and operating to Burger Urge standardsHandling customer feedback and resolving issues professionallyImplementing local marketing initiatives and supporting business growthBuilding a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and funYou'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and play a key role in the continued success of the restaurant.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Venue Manager ready to step upStrong leadership, coaching, and people development skillsA proven track record of delivering exceptional customer serviceExperience managing labour, food costs, and key business metricsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environmentPositive, resilient, and solutions-focused attitudeFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysCurrent Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
