Kerman Contracting is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Site-Based Team.
This role will see you coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects and participating in planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating Non-Process Infrastructure projects.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a brand-new project for a Tier 1 Mining client.Our Benefits On OfferAs a Project Engineer with Kerman, you will have the following benefits:18 months fixed term (potential to go longer) with leave accrual (Annual Leave and Sick Leave)2:1 FIFO roster from PerthAttractive Hourly RateAttractive completion bonus paid out on project completionSalary sacrifice opportunitiesStrong and diverse project pipelineSupportive team structure consisting of Head Office staff as well as site-based employeesWork on compelling projects for Tier 1 clientsWork on a project from mobilisation to CommissioningYour Roles, Duties And ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Engineer, you will:Review drawings, plans, specifications, schedules and reports for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment or components and address design issuesMaintain the Project Quality Plan site systemsAssist in identifying changes in the scope of works and communicate these changes to the commercial teamCoordinate onsite inspection and testing activitiesCoordinate MDR documentation onsiteLiaise with client quality representatives as requiredParticipate in Site Project Progress MeetingsPerform Quality checks on all completion documents from the contractors and staffMaintain the NCR register and coordinate the responses to the client/subcontractors (external/internal NCRs)
