This is a diverse, all-rounder role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
No two days are the same.
You'll be involved in customer service, sales support, warehouse operations, stock management, on-farm deliveries and branch administration, playing a key role in supporting both our customers and the wider team.Receiving, unloading, dispatching and organising incoming stock and deliveriesCompleting on-farm deliveries and building strong relationships with local customersProviding exceptional customer service through counter sales, customer enquiries and sales order processingSupporting day-to-day branch administration, including stock control, ordering, invoicing and receiptingAssisting with inventory management,



stocktakes and price checks to keep the branch running effectivelyPreparing customer orders and helping create an organised, well-presented and welcoming store environmentWorking collaboratively with the wider team to support branch operations and deliver outstanding service to customersContributing to a positive, team-focused culture where safety, respect and customer service are prioritisedWhat You'll Bring:A genuine passion for agriculture and supporting local farming communitiesPrevious experience in a customer service, retail, sales or merchandise environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and develop long-term customer relationshipsA proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer enquiries in a qualified and timely mannerSound computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookAvailable to work store operating hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday ,
