Construction Manager, Stringing & TechnologyThe opportunityThe Construction Manager, Stringing and Technology is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of all construction projects related to Infravision's transmission technology in Australia.
This includes working with pilots, ground operators, transmission line workers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.The Construction Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing current construction techniques and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Infravision's transmission projects in Australia.About InfravisionInfravision is transforming how the world builds and maintains power grids.

Work alongside engineers, operators, and builders in a fast-moving, hands-on environment that values clarity, trust, and getting things done.What You'll DoThe successful individual will form an integral part of the Australian team delivering and representing Infravision products and values and will have flexible work arrangements when not required to be in the field supporting projects and customers.Plan for and deliver projectsPlan, manage, and execute the delivery of Australian projects using Infravision products and methodsWork with engineers, manufacturing, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safetyProvide subject matter expertise in the utility line work, field operations, UAS stringing operations, construction site integration,



and Infravision productsOversee the performance of employees and provide feedback and coachingPrepare and manage project budgets and schedulesApprove and manage changes to project scope and deliverablesCommunicate with project stakeholders, including customers, regulatory agencies, and the publicMaintain compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsProduct Support:Facilitate operator training, proficiency and currencyFacilitate product maintenance, repairs, and upgradesBe the primary customer point of contact to receive Infravision product feedback and improvement opportunitiesCommunicate all key customer product feedback to the manufacturing, engineering and operations functions for inclusion in product development and improvement processesRequired Qualifications and Experience10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on transmission technology and stringing methodologiesProven track record of success in managing and completing complex transmission construction projects in AustraliaStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage and supervise a team of engineers and techniciansProficient in project management software and reporting requirementsStrong understanding of safety and environmental legislation, policies and awarenessAbility to obtain and maintain a valid driver's licenseCompany ExpectationsAble and willing to conduct travel within AustraliaFlexibility to work between Coolum and Sydney workshop / office facilities as well as project site presenceA determination to work with and foster the development of diverse teamsA determination to represent Infravision's company values
