This performance and the strength of the portfolio underpin the Company's purpose of growing long-term value for shareholders, our people, and our communities by mining safely and responsibly.Job DescriptionThe opportunityWe are currently seeking a Process Training Advisor to join our Processing team at our Duketon operation.
In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating and administering site-based training programs and assessments in consultation with the Training Department to support the development and capability of Process Operations personnel.This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster (ex-Perth).
The main responsibilities of this role include:Coordinate and liaise with the Site Training Department to conjointly deliver training for the Processing DepartmentAssist with the development of training pathways for new Process Technicians to progress to Shift SupervisorDeveloping, reviewing and maintaining SWI's, Process training documentation and Process proceduresCoordinate the maintenance of the Processing Training Needs Analysis incorporating requirements from Processing Department and broader site/company requirements as outlined by the Training departmentEnsure that the processing facility operates in accordance with statutory requirementsLead the development, and implementation of the Crew Trainer programProvide ongoing direction, support and coaching to crew trainers in delivering operational trainingSupport the Processing operations area and Capability Superintendent with the identification and sourcing of suitable courses from external sourcesProvide assistance with the design, development and delivery of internal training packages to meet business needs of Process OperationsAssist in the coordination of on-site and off-site trainingConduct training courses and assessments including, but not limited to, orientation workshops, VOCs, safety awareness programs and inductionsSupport training department as required in ad hoc delivery of programs,
