The Reclaimed inventory controller is responsible for managing, tracking and optimising the lifecycle of reclaimed inventory within the supply chain.
This role will be responsible for ensuring all Reclaimed parts are inventoried in the Pinnacle in the correct interchange, identify part number as part of the inventory process and review the demand and price at the time of inventory.Key AccountabilitiesInventoryIdentify parts correctly against oem numbers for inventory inputManage part resolutions and keep stock up to date on correct interchangeReview pricing against market and other internal product categoriesLiaise with operations regarding potential faulty items and work together to find solutionsReceive customer feedback on parts through sales channels and identify areas for improvementOtherPrepare daily, weekly and ad hoc reportsIdentify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and customer outcomesPerform other duties as requiredExperience & SkillsSound knowledge of the mechanical and automotive repair industryStrong mechanical background across a variety of makes and modelsExperience using Pinnacle and Bid Buddy systems highly regardedSkilled in interpreting manufacturer parts catalogues and determining interchangeabilityHigh attention to process compliance and adherence to business rulesWell-developed organisational, interpersonal, and communication skillsExcellent numeracy and reporting capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook,
