In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes.
The ideal candidate will posses strong negotiation skills and a passion for driving efficiency in Procurement!
RequirementsYour Responsibilities will include:Source and procure goods and services required for operations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and proceduresIdentify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, and pricing to make informed sourcing decisionsNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and terms for the companyCoordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders, including departments and project teams, to meet their procurement needs and timelinesReview purchase requisitions, create purchase orders,



and track order status to ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesMaintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standardsSkills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldStrong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationshipsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Job previewWhat is in it for you?
