Our Client - a Local Sydney Council, is looking for an experienced Fleet Data and Compliance Project Officer to join their team.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and experience across fleet, asset management, compliance or data administration.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Temporary 3-month opportunity.
In this role, you will support a range of fleet data, compliance and process improvement activities, with a strong focus on accuracy, record keeping and ensuring fleet information is up to date.
Must be available to work full time in the office.
DUTIES.




Audit and maintain fleet and asset recordsEnsure databases and systems are accurate and up to dateSupport WHS compliance and documentation requirementsReview and maintain fleet documentation and correspondenceAssist with process mapping and continuous improvement activitiesProvide project and administrative support across fleet operations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Council or Local Government experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail and time management skillsUnderstanding of WHS and compliance requirements desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skills
REMUNERATIONs & BENEFITS.
$50-$55 p/h + SuperFull-time office-based roleHealthy work life balance -35 hour work weekConvenient location, close to public transport
