About the role
This role will take ownership of frontline production leadership across the Geelong site.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a robust presence on the production floor, build effective relationships with operators and ensure labour coverage, food safety and operational requirements are consistently met across both day and night operations.
Key responsibilities
Lead,



coach and develop a team of production employeesProvide support and oversight across the night shift operationManage rostering and labour resourcing across day and night shiftsMaintain strong food safety and operational standardsBuild engagement, accountability and stability within the production teamMaintain a visible and hands‐on leadership presence on the floorUtilise SAP to support production and labour planningWork closely with other site functions to support daily production requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
Demonstrated leadership of production teams of 10+ employeesStrong frontline people leadership and team development capabilityExperience within food, beverage or a comparable manufacturing environmentSound working knowledge of food safety requirementsExperience managing rosters and labour requirementsSAP experience or exposure to comparable ERP systemsA hands‐on, approachable and accountable leadership styleFlexibility to support night shift coverage when required
