A new chapter for Applejack.Applejack Hospitality is bringing something new to the Sydney CBD, and we're looking for Restaurant Managers to help bring it to life.

Joining us at the beginning means you'll have the opportunity to shape the team, build the culture and help set the standard from day one.Key duties & responsibilitiesLead, coach and roster FOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all servicesOversee floor operations, section allocations, reservations and waitlist managementDrive, coach and develop team members in sequence-of-service, table-touches, upselling and guest recovery protocolsManage labour against budgets; interpret daily/weekly P&L; and service KPIsMaintain compliance with RSA/RSF, incident reporting and safety protocolsEnsure cash-up,



POS and end-of-day procedures are accurate and compliantWe'd love from you...Minimum 2–3 years' recent leadership experience in a premium/high-volume restaurant or barWorking knowledge of labour planning, budgets, stock and POS systemsStrong wine/spirits and food knowledge with confident, guest-facing communicationCurrent NSW RSA (or ability to obtain before start)Availability to work a rotating roster incl.
