What you need:
Previous experience in a machine operating or welding role is extremely desirable
Basic knowledge of welding is desirable
A reliable mode of transport to get to and from work
Full working rights in Australia
Willingness to work overtime and have a robust level of attention to detail

Day to day in this role looks like:
Day shift with times running from 6am-7am starts through to 2pm-4pm finishes with overtime available.
Well above award payrates of $35 per hour + overtime penalties depending on skills and qualifications
Performing welding tasks, working with aluminium and other materials involved with the fabrication boats
Plenty of room for skill development and growth opportunities within the company
