About the role

Guzman Y Gomez Fountain Plaza + Umina is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time basis. Based in Erina NSW 2250, this pivotal role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing
Performing daily bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
Preparing and submitting tax documents and compliance filings
Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more effective systems

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the accounting/small practice industry
Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, software, and best practices




Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using accounting software such as MYOB or Xero
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
