About the role The Hive Sunshine is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our established early learning centre. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and support children's development across social, emotional, and cognitive areas.

Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Support children's development across social, emotional, and cognitive areas
Build strong, professional relationships with families and colleagues
Maintain a protected, inclusive, and high-quality learning setting
Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
Support daily routines and contribute to a positive centre culture
Promote a Child Safe culture and environment

About you
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience in a long day care or early learning setting (preferred)
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)




Current Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
Full Australian working rights
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
