What We’re Looking For:
Reliable Commute: Ability to commute reliably to Chadstone for wide-ranging shift times.
Experience: 1+ years in a busy,high-volume A La Carte kitchen (pastry/dessert section experience preferred)
Qualifications: Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie is a strong plus.
Availability: Flexibility across 7-day rotating roster (including evenings, weekends and public holidays).
Passion & Drive: High attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine love for premium food.
