South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a Community Maternity Services - Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM) for The Sutherland Hospital campus in Caringbah, Sydney. This temporary full time role leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, woman-centred care and to manage resources, budgets and staffing.

The position requires current AHPRA midwifery registration, solid leadership and change-management skills, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement and safety.
