You will provide professional reception, switchboard and administrative support while maintaining accurate health records and delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality reception services and managing a busy switchboard as the first point of contact for clients, families and visitorsCoordinating appointments, maintaining correspondence,
preparing documentation and providing administrative support to multidisciplinary teamsManaging client health records, data entry and record systems in accordance with NSW Health policies and confidentiality requirementsSupporting operational functions including ordering supplies, fleet-related administration, work requests and general office coordinationContributing to quality improvement initiatives, team activities and the ongoing delivery of protected, efficient and responsive youth health servicesRequisition ID: REQ******Applications Close: 16th September ****Find out more about applying for this position.Previous reception and customer service experience and hold or willing to undertake a Cert III in Health AdministrationDemonstrated professional communication skills written and verbalA commitment to working with young people and their familiesDemonstrated excellent computer skills with strong processing and data systems experienceExcellent administration skills including filing, minute taking agenda preparation and photocopyingAn ability to work both independently as well as in a teamWell-developed organizational skills, using time management strategiesHold a current drivers licence valid in Australia and willingness to use for work purposes.People with disabilities who meet the selection criteria are encouraged to apply; and where required, WSLHD will implement reasonable adjustment consistent with industry standard.Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
