As a brand ambassador for Swatch, you will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales performance, and bring the energy and personality of the brand to life every day.




You will:Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experienceUtilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experienceKeep up to date with our new products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions)Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI'sEnsure the store always looks it's best, including products displays and following our merchandising standardsAssist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock managementFollow up with customers regarding warranty and general queriesWhat you'll bringA customer centric mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiencesExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage customersA proactive, enthusiastic and team focused approachStrong relationship building abilities and a natural flair for customer engagementA willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a high performing teamRetail experience isn't essential.
