Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and staff at Portland District Health that positively represents the Food Services Team.
Adhere to Portland District Health, Department of Health and Local Council Food Safety Plan, Healthy Choices and strict dietary requirements whilst assisting with the plating of meals per meal services.About you:Previous experience in providing exceptional customer serviceCapability to work under routine supervision, either autonomously or in a teamPortland District Health (PDH) provides an integrated health service for the community.
The hospital was established in **** on the current site and now provides a comprehensive range of services that include:Hospital based Medical and Surgical services, Medical Imaging (Radiology), Pharmacy and PathologyA 24/7 Urgent Care Centre for emergency treatmentResidential aged care for 30 residents at Harbourside LodgeAn extensive range of primary and community services for the local communityPDH delivers services from a single campus, employs around 470 staff with an FTE of approximately 290, and has an active volunteer workforce.
The People and Culture Unit sits within the Corporate Services Directorate, with other Units including Finance, Building Services, Food Services, Environmental Services, Executive Support,
