AWX Executive is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a high-performing precision engineering and manufacturing team based in Dalby. The Role

This position plays a key role in delivering high-precision machined components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Duties:
Program and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
Machine components to tight tolerances and quality requirements
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes
Ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of precision and consistency

About You:
Trade qualified
Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment
Proven experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills




Solid commitment to HSEQ and team performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to commit to a full-time position
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team player
Forklift licence

Highly Regarded:
Experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
CAD/CAM experience (e.g. Fusion)
Experience with Fanuc and/or Fagor controllers
