videos and test results where requiredReturning approved products to inventory and designated storage locationsIdentifying products that can be recovered, repaired or used for spare partsStripping products to recover usable components where requiredManaging spare‐parts inventory and stock movementsSafely disposing of damaged or non‐recoverable productsCompleting cycle counts and maintaining stock accuracyManaging returns and claims‐related email enquiriesEscalating recurring product faults and quality concernsMaintaining accurate system records, stock adjustments and documentationWorking with Warehouse, Product Quality, Supplier Claims and IT teams to resolve issuesFollowing all WHS, Chain of Responsibility and company safety requirementsWhat Does Success Look Like?
You'll play an important part in keeping our returns operation efficient and accurate, with a focus on:Processing an average of 75 mixed pallet return items per dayMaintaining high levels of processing and inventory accuracyMaximising recovery of seconds,



spare parts and recoverable stockSupporting the reduction of warehouse write‐offsMaintaining 100% compliance with lithium battery safety and handling proceduresCompleting returns reporting and stock adjustments within required timeframesIdentifying and escalating product quality issues quicklyMaintaining a safe, clean and organised work environmentYou're Our Kind of Legend If...You have warehouse, returns, inventory or stock‐control experienceYou're organised and have excellent attention to detailYou're comfortable using computers and warehouse management systemsYou can work efficiently in a fast‐paced warehouse environmentYou're confident assessing products and following processesYou take ownership of your work and maintain accurate recordsYou understand the importance of workplace safety and safe manual handlingYou're comfortable performing physical warehouse duties, including regular lifting, packing and moving of productsYou enjoy problem‐solving and identifying opportunities to improve processesA valid Refrigerant Handling Licence is required for the role, with training provided.Life at 4WD SupacentreWe're a business built on loyalty, commitment and work ethic.
