Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic, and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse.
We operate the NSW Sexual Violence Helpline and a range of specialist Redress and domestic violence counselling services.
Full Stop Australia also offers best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocates for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic, and family violence.About the Role:This role is a permanent part time position working three days per week.The Growth and Impact Officer will support the development and delivery of fundraising, partnerships and engagement initiatives that contribute to organisational growth and revenue targets.The role focuses on building and maintaining robust relationships with individuals, organisations and key stake holders, whilst coordinating events and initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen sector presence and generate sustainable fundraising outcomes.Desired Skills and ExperienceCommitment to and understanding of the provision of services from an intersectional feminist perspectiveTertiary qualification in business, marketing, communication, sales, or similar, or extensive equivalent experienceAt least two years' experience working within a events, sales,



marketing or fundraising environment ideally within the not-for-profit sectorDemonstrated capability in producing fundraising collateral and/or campaignsProficient use of marketing and fundraising software and online platformsInterest in digital applications and social mediaKnowledge of the causes and consequences of sexual assault, family and domestic violence, including the particular barriers faced by marginalised population groupsExcellent communication skills – both written and verbalExcellent inter-personal skillsAdvanced computer literacy including Microsoft 365Experience in creating sales and fundraising leads (desirable)Experience in successfully utilising digital platforms, content management systems and external fundraising platforms to deliver outcomes (desirable)Experience working with donor/customer CRMs (desirable)In returnBenefits: We offer above award wages, with extra benefits including salary packaging, paid parental leave, study leave, and access to our award-winning workplace well-being program designed to manage the effects of vicarious trauma.
