You are an integral part of the kitchen brigade, collaborating seamlessly to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment, using both commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methodsCarry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floorsDisinfect and clean, ensuring the proper sequence of chemical usageProvide valuable support to our kitchen team,



including various tasks such as basic food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings.Skills & ExperienceHaving practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is a plusHave an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude and a positive and motivated demeanourYou thrive working within a diverse team in a rapid-paced environmentFlexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
