Job Description
IFYS Limited. is seeking Residential Youth Workers to provide daily care for young people in a residential setting in the Bundaberg region. You will deliver supportive care, manage behaviours with a calm approach, and help develop life skills within structured routines.

Role requires a WWC check, a current QLD driver's licence, two references, and an initial Certificate IV or higher. Shifts vary (day/evening/sleepover), with on-call after-hours support and in-house training prospects.
