Customer Service Coordinator | Chemical Manufacturing | Davenport

Environex is a well-established, privately operated manufacturing business based in Davenport, Bunbury. We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service Coordinator to join our team during a pivotal phase of growth at our site.

This is a communications and coordination role liaising between the production & sales teams and directly with clients. Reporting to our National Sales Manager, you will be communicator who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and is confident communicating timelines and priorities within established teams.

The Opportunity

This is a current role being introduced to the business following an extended period of growth.

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be involved in the processing of sales orders, prioritising orders for the production team - with communication channels through to sales, product and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, inbound enquiries and customer queries via phone and email
Attendance at daily production meetings to confirm client priorities for the production team to plan accordingly




Processing work orders and despatch dockets
Payment processing for COD deliveries
Book freight via our own logistics team or third-party freight providers
Assist the sales manager with weekly and monthly reporting on sales team performance
Champion a safety-first culture, embedding WHS compliance and best-practice standards across all site operations
Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process flow and efficiency
Collaborate with supply chain and sales stakeholders to align operations with customer demand

About You:
3+ years' experience in manufacturing operations
Robust track record of direct client communications
Experience with Pronto ERP - preferred
A natural communicator who can liaise and communicate at all levels of the organisation
