As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a diverse, hands-on role where you will be one of the first points of contact for customers—both onsite and over the phone.

You will combine customer service, sales support, and administration tasks in a fast-paced team setting. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and booking daily outbound freight
Processing customer sales, EFTPOS transactions, invoicing, and credit notes
Making proactive sales calls to existing account customers
Providing general office administration and website/order support
Assisting sales managers with quotes, invoicing, and customer enquiries





About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using databases/ERP systems
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
A proactive, positive “can-do” attitude
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Willingness to learn and become product knowledgeable
