You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.In this role you will:Facilitate passenger & checked baggage security screeningManage traffic flow & screen at security checkpoints within the airportProvide exceptional customer service and respond professionally whilst liaising with customers and internal stakeholdersMaintain compliance and follow procedures and safety measuresRecord of incident reports as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceCertificate II in Transport Security ProtectionAbility to work within a teamAbility to obtain an ASIC ClearanceGood communication skills with high attention to detailFull, unlimited right-to-work in AustraliaMSS will cover the cost of your training, including the nationally recognised Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (AVI*****), if you do not already hold this qualification.If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
