Saltbush is seeking a compassionate Male Mentor to join our Indigenous Skills and Employment Program in Darwin. You will provide strengths-based mentoring and personalised support that helps participants achieve their goals and build brighter futures.

Using a culturally secure approach, you will mentor participants through life and employment challenges, coordinating with Trainers, Course Coordinators and community partners to promote lasting, positive change.
