URGENT: Disability Support Worker – Morwell/Moe/Trafalgar - ASAP Start

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for an immediate start in Morwell/Moe/Trafalgar Victoria. This is a rewarding prospect to support participants with complex needs in a secure, structured, and person-centred workplace.

You will be supporting clients with a range of complex presentations, requiring a calm, patient, and trauma-informed approach to care.

Essential Requirements
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS number required)
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Availability for morning shifts and sleepover shifts
Demonstrated experience supporting clients with:
Behaviours of Concern (BOC)
Anxiety & ADHD
Trauma-informed care needs
Verbal and physical aggression

Key Skills & Attributes




Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices
Ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours
Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing person-centred support
