Finconnex Financials is seeking an experienced Commercial Mortgage Broker to join our growing Sydney office.
You will help business owners, investors and property developers secure tailored funding across commercial property, business, development, construction, SMSF and asset finance.
Key Responsibilities
Assess clients’ commercial finance requirements.
Structure and manage complex lending applications.
Liaise with lenders, accountants, solicitors and valuers.
Manage applications from enquiry through to settlement.
Develop strong client and referral-partner relationships.
Maintain high compliance and service standards.
About You
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial lending, business banking or mortgage broking.
Strong knowledge of commercial finance and lender policies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking—or equivalent.
Qualified, proactive and results-driven.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $160,609.78 per year
