ABOUT THE ROLE:

JRM Have been engaged to fill a key leadership position at this popular Sydney venue, this role requires a hands-on professional that is food and service focused to take the offering to a new level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated hospitality qualified to advance their career.

The role:
Responsible for the day-to-day management in a community-focused, well-established business
Management of the Restaurant team, through leadership and training including recruitment and development of the team
Maintaining positive work environment and team culture




Collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver high quality offering
Drive standards of excellence of both food and service across the restaurant

What we are looking for:
A strong hands on, operationally minded Restaurant Manager
A friendly, positive and outgoing personality - to lead a team by example
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a food and beverage focused venue
A passion for training and development of junior reports
Previous solid experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager will be considered
