About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and practical Carpenter / Supervisor to manage and deliver a range of insurance repair, maintenance and aged care works.

You’ll be responsible for
Completing hands-on carpentry and general building works
Supervising jobs from commencement through to completion
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and materials
Managing multiple smaller projects and maintenance works
Liaising professionally with clients, residents, and other stakeholders
Completing site documentation, photos and job updates
Identifying additional works and communicating requirements back to the team
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation and site safety

About you

You’ll ideally have
Trade qualification in Carpentry
Solid experience across residential, maintenance,



insurance or commercial works
Experience supervising or leading jobs independently
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Positive communication and organisational skills
A skilled approach when working in occupied homes and aged care environments
Current driver’s licence
White Card
