Cafe Manager – Front of House

BAKE’D Punchbowl is looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Manager with strong barista and coffee skills to lead our Front of House team.

About You
Previous Cafe/FOH Manager experience
Robust barista and specialty coffee experience
Confident on a high-volume coffee machine
Able to dial in grinders and maintain coffee quality
Strong leadership and staff training skills
Excellent customer service
Experience with rostering and labour management
Reliable, organised and hands-on
Available weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily FOH operations
Lead and train the FOH and barista team
Maintain high coffee and service standards
Manage rosters, labour and FOH stock
Support the coffee station during busy periods
Ensure smooth and efficient service
