Cup & Co Floreat is looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our busy full table-service café.

We are looking for someone with robust hospitality management experience who can confidently run the floor, lead a team and maintain a high standard of service throughout busy periods.

THE ROLE
Managing the day-to-day café operation
Leading and supervising the front-of-house team
Managing a busy table-service floor
Staff rostering, training and development
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Stock control and ordering
Ensuring smooth and efficient service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous Café Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar management experience
Robust table-service experience is essential
Confident managing staff and busy services
Robust leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organised and hands-on




Weekend day availability is required

SALARY Starting from $73,000 per year, with a higher salary available depending on your experience and level of responsibility.
