Essential

Degree qualified (ideally in commerce, business or economics).

5+ years experience working with data.

Demonstrated experience in commercial analytics, business performance analysis, strategy, finance or insights roles.

Experience in telecommunications, customer lifecycle management, marketing or retention settings.

Robust analytical and problem solving capabilities, including at least intermediate SQL and advanced Excel experience.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools.

Experience working in cross functional business environments.

Desirable

Experience developing business cases, forecasts and financial/commercial models, including measuring ROI of initiatives.

Ability to translate data into commercially focused recommendations.

Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Decisioning engines and personalisation programs

Experience with customer analytics, customer value management or decisioning platforms such as Pega.

Knowledge of value realisation, portfolio management or benefit tracking frameworks.

Experience working in an Agile framework and use of Jira and Confluence would be beneficial
