About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator to join our dynamic team at QSP Print Pty Ltd in Salisbury, QLD. This is a full time position, offering the chance to work with state-of-the-art digital printing equipment and contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing
Operating and maintaining high-speed digital printing equipment such as Durst P350, Mimaki Flatbed, Roll Printers, and Zund / Elitron cutters.
Performing pre-press tasks such as file preparation, colour management and job set-up
Monitoring print quality and making adjustments as needed
Troubleshooting and resolving printing issues
Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely and productive delivery of print jobs
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Adhering to all safety and quality standards

What we're looking for
No prior experience is necessary BUT would be an advantage; onsite training will be provided




A keen interest in digital printing and finishing processes is desirable
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
While previous experience in a similar role is not required, any background in print or related fields is an advantage.
