This role offers a rare opportunity to influence systems change while staying grounded in real community impact.You will join a supportive, inclusive team that values collaboration, creativity and learning, and is committed to working alongside communities rather than doing things to or for them.Your ResponsibilitySupport the design and embedding of place-based, person-led practiceEnable meaningful community participation and build organisational capabilityStrengthen co-design and participatory approaches in service design and innovationFacilitate collaboration across sectors to increase collective impactTranslate community insights and evaluation into improved approaches and outcomesYou Will NeedExperience in community development workNSW Driver's LicenceStrong understanding of community development and asset-based approachesExperience working with people experiencing social exclusion, trauma,
