Make your mark across one of Australia's leading footwear retailersSpendless Shoes is looking for a creative, commercially minded and social-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing & Commerce team at our Support Office in Gillman.With more than 200 stores nationally and a growing digital presence, this is an opportunity to take ownership of our day-to-day social channels, help shape engaging content and build meaningful connections between our brands and customers.Reporting to the Head of Marketing & E commerce, you'll work closely with our Brand & Marketing Lead, Content Creator, Graphic Designer & Brand Assistant and broader Marketing team to bring campaigns, products and our brands to life across social.What you'll be doingIn this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and growing our social media presence, including:Managing our social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedInDeveloping and maintaining engaging social media content calendarsCoordinating the scheduling, publishing and execution of social contentWorking closely with our Content Creator and Graphic Designer to develop engaging, on-brand contentIdentifying emerging social trends, platform developments and opportunities for our brandsManaging influencer and creator partnerships, from identification and outreach through to campaign executionBuilding and maintaining relationships with relevant influencers, creators and brand partnersMonitoring and responding to comments, messages and community engagementSupporting the management of our online brand reputation and ensuring customer interactions reflect our brandSupporting social campaigns, product launches, promotions and key retail momentsMonitoring social performance, engagement, reach,



growth and campaign outcomesUsing insights and analytics to continually improve content and channel performanceWorking collaboratively across Marketing, E commerce, Retail and other areas of the business.About youWe're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organisation and a genuine understanding of how brands connect with customers through social media.You'll ideally bring:Experience in social media, digital marketing, content or a similar roleStrong knowledge of major social platforms and current social media trendsExperience coordinating social content calendars and publishing contentAn understanding of influencer and creator marketingStrong written communication and copy-writing skillsA creative eye and an understanding of engaging visual contentConfidence interpreting social analytics and using insights to improve performanceStrong organisation and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritiesA team-oriented approach and the confidence to work with different stakeholdersAn interest in fashion, footwear, retail and consumer trendsExperience in a retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand environment will be highly regardedWhy join Spendless?
