You'll be there from the start, helping build the team, set the standards and create the culture of our biggest Sporting Globe yet.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGLeading from the front when the venue is pumpingRunning excellent shifts and keeping service sharp across the venueHelping recruit, train and build a brand new teamCoaching your crew and creating a culture people actually want to be part ofSupporting stock, compliance,



reporting and day to day operationsTaking charge when senior management are awayMaking sure big game days feel exactly as big as they shouldWHAT YOU'LL BRINGYou've led teams in busy hospitality environments before, ideally across pubs, bars, restaurants or entertainment venues.You can keep your cool when the place is packed, know how to run a great shift and aren't afraid to jump in when things get hectic.You're confident, hands on, great with people and know how to get a team firing.RSA is essential, with RSG and TAB knowledge highly regarded.And it probably helps if you don't mind a bit of sport.WHY GREENSBOROUGH?
