Working in the social model, our united team of talented change makers is on a mission to make inclusion possible for all Australians.About The RoleThe Client Care Coordinatoris responsible fordeliveringindustry-leading participant experience across every interaction and plays a critical role in improving access to services.The Client Care Coordinator acts as the first point of contact forenquiries from the public, participants,community service providers, medical and allied health professionals.As a Client Care Coordinator at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same.
If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:Supported NDIS participants and families with enquiries, providing information about services and supportsManagedparticipant referrals and intake processesAssistedparticipants and families to understand funding arrangementsCoordinated participant onboarding, welcomeemailsandappointment schedulingPartnered with therapists and internal teams to supportapositive participant experiencePrepared,maintained,
