Luqa, a current concept, is launching at Eden Locke on George Street, Edinburgh, and we’re seeking a Sous Chef to join from the early stages. The role is full time, 40 hours across 5 days, with the chance to influence how Luqa develops in its formative period.
The kitchen focuses on easy Italian-inspired dishes in a relaxed space, with opportunities to grow and contribute ideas as the concept expands.
