We're currently seeking an enthusiastic, organised and self motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our Eagle Farm workshop and support our Workshop Supervisor.If you're someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, enjoys a mix of warehouse operations and administration, and takes pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.About The RoleThis is a hands on position where no two days are the same.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently by managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records and supporting workshop operations.Working Monday to Friday, you'll be the link between stock, suppliers, workshop personnel and operational requirements, helping ensure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be thereResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day to day warehouse operations, ensuring materials, parts and equipment are received, stored and dispatched efficientlyManage goods receipting, inventory movements and stock control activities, maintaining accurate records within Oracle FusionSupport workshop and project teams by picking, issuing and staging parts and materials to meet operational requirementsCoordinate freight, logistics, inventory transfers and mobilisation activities across workshop and site locationsMaintain control of repairable and rotable components, including tracking, storage and supplier repair coordinationLiaise with suppliers, purchasing and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, delivery issues and material requirementsLead warehouse housekeeping,
inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiencyPromote a strong safety culture and ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety requirementsOther duties as directed by the Workshop SupervisorQualificationsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys taking ownership of their work.You'll HaveExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailExperience in warehouse, stores, logistics, inventory control or parts coordination roleExperience in receipting, storing, picking, issuing and transferring materialsStrong computer literacy with experience using ERP or inventory management systemsData accuracyThe ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksAbility to communicate effectively with workshop personnel, suppliers, purchasing and managementCurrent drivers's licenceA commitment to continuous improvement and achieving resultsForklift LicenceA positive attitude aligned with Redpath's philosophy:"Consider it done, safely."Why Join Redpath?
