Full-time Permanent Entry LevelDescriptionABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a Sales & Proposals Officer to join our Kingsgrove, Sydney office.In this role, you'll manage the sales pipeline from first enquiry through to signed agreement, preparing quotes and tenders for both our consulting and monitoring services, and keeping opportunities moving through regular client follow-up.You'll work closely with our technical and consulting teams to scope proposals accurately and represent Assured Environmental professionally to prospective and existing clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare accurate, well-presented quotes and tender responses for both environmental consulting and monitoring projectsLiaise with technical and project teams to scope work correctly before quotingManage a sales pipeline of leads and opportunities from initial enquiry through to closeProactively follow up quotes, tenders and outstanding client enquiries to move opportunities forwardMaintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads,



quotes and client interactions in the CRM/pipeline tracking systemBuild and maintain relationships with recent and existing clientsIdentify new business opportunities and support broader business development activitiesReport on pipeline status, quote conversion and sales activity as requiredTechnical report writing to support the customer service team when required.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience in a sales, quoting or tendering role (experience within the environmental consulting or monitoring industry is an advantage but not essential)Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional quotes and tender documentsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups at onceConfidence liaising with both clients and internal technical teamsA proactive, self-motivated approach to managing a sales pipelineComfortable using CRM or pipeline-tracking software (training provided)WHAT WE OFFERA supportive team environment based at our Kingsgrove, Sydney office, the chance to work across a varied range of consulting and monitoring projects, and the opportunity to grow within a specialist environmental services business.
