Our teams are committed to providing an exceptional patient experience, from the moment a patient walks through our doors to the completion of their appointment.About the RoleAs a Medical Receptionist, you'll be an important part of the patient journey and the wider clinical team.
Your day will include:Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional serviceManaging appointments, bookings and patient enquiriesAnswering phones and responding to patient queriesProcessing accounts, Medicare and private health claimsSupporting Radiologists, Sonographers and RadiographersMaintaining accurate and confidential patient informationLiaising with patients, referrers and medical practicesAssisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practiceParticipating in team meetings, training and ongoing developmentAbout YouFriendly, approachable and genuinely enjoy helping othersConfident communicating with patients and healthcare professionalsOrganised, reliable and able to multitaskComfortable working in a busy,
