This is an opportunity for a motivated, curious skilled to deepen their expertise, broaden their exposure, and make a significant impact within a growing, evolving business.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate and timely monthly management reports for review by the Financial Controller and CFOProvide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to support decision‐makingMaintain audit readiness, ensure compliance, and complete balance sheet reconciliationsSupport the onboarding of new acquisitions and agency start‐upsMentor and support junior finance team members while providing cross‐skilling across the teamBuild strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teamsImprove and refine processes to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiencyContribute to finance transformation initiatives and support the FC,
