including any off-cycle paysMaintaining employee records in line with instructionsReviewing pay journals and reports to confirm accurate payments to employeesUnderstanding and interpreting Enterprise Agreements (EA) and Award provisions to ensure complianceResolving payroll-related queries from HR, line managers and employees in a timely mannerFollowing established payroll processes and identifying improvement opportunitiesAbout you12+ months experience in a payroll position - ideally in a medium to high volume environmentExperience using a payroll systemGood written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracyFull and unlimited Australian working rightsQualificationPrevious experience in a similar roleAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
