You will be responsible for:Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen teamDriving consistency, quality, and excellence across every serviceManaging rosters, productivity, and labour costsOverseeing ordering, stock control, and food cost managementUpholding and enhancing Peppina's culinary standards and guest experienceAbove all, you will set the tone in the kitchen—coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team while maintaining control over quality and delivery.About YouYou are a seasoned Head Chef (or strong Senior Sous ready to step up) who thrives in premium, high-volume environments.
